JOB PROFILE:
Overall responsibility of electrical maintenance department related activities inside and outside the plant.
JOB CONTENT:
1)To plan and execute the maintenance schedule for upkeep of equipment.
2)To maintain control on energy consumption. 3)To attend equipment breakdowns and trouble shoot repeated failures. 4) To comply all the statutory requirements related to Electrical function and to ensure the electrical safety in the Plant. 5) To provide necessary resource for carrying out repairs and maintenance of the equipment including CAPEX. 6) Resource planning and preparation of R&M expenses for the budget and monitoring the expenses and analyzing the R&M expenses and reporting. 7) To provide training to all the team members and co-ordinate training programs with HR department 8) To analyze the performance of the equipment and to study the equipment reliability every month. 9) To lead the team in implementing Quality System initiatives such as 5S & Kaizen. 10) To fulfill the QMS / EMS / OHSAS / GMP requirements.
