Job Description:

Ab Tech Electricals is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction and electrical sites in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site supervision, a focus on safety, and a keen eye for quality and detail. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of electrical and construction projects.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by ensuring that all workers follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment.
• Manage resources including materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring proper utilization and minimal downtime.
• make bills of the material on excel
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals and provide updates on progress.
• Handle any site-related challenges, including material shortages, delays, or unforeseen circumstances, and find timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Site Supervisor or related role in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction techniques, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of basic construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA or similar safety certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor and physically demanding environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
