About the Role:

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete production department of LT & HT electrical panels.
Review, plan, and adjust project schedules as needed.
Determine and allocate human resources effectively.
Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and modifications.
Develop and implement SOPs for production operations.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor and improve production quality and capacity.
Implement quality control and tracking programs to meet objectives.
Prepare weekly and monthly work schedule reports.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Purchase, Design, Fabrication).
Maintain project reporting (MIS reports, Plan vs Actual).
Support top management with additional responsibilities as required.
