Job Opening: Project Manager (132 kV Substation Installation & Commissioning) Location: PMIL Site, Tehsil Prithvipur, District Newari, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years (Proven track record in 132 kV Substation Projects) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per month ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end execution of 132 kV substation installation and commissioning projects. Lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery. Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints. Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, and technical evaluations. ⸻ Required Skills & Competencies: Deep technical knowledge of 132 kV substation systems (GIS/AIS). Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
