About the Role

Electrical Operator

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs (both Through-Hole and SMD types).
Perform wiring harness tasks, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires.
Follow wiring diagrams and electrical schematics to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.
Ensure strong and reliable joints and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while meeting daily output targets.

Required Qualifications

ITI certification in Electrical or Electronics.
14 years of experience in PCB soldering and wiring harness assembly.
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
