Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Method Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on developing and implementing methods to enhance production processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement electrical methods to improve production efficiency.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on electrical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and project plans.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all electrical operations.
Conduct training and provide support to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in electrical engineering.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in method engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using electrical engineering software and simulation tools.
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
