Experience :4-5 yrs
1. Must have CNC working experience in CNC machines - MAG, Heller, DMG(around 60% of the machines are DMG), Starrag (Customer specifically wants candidates with exposure to such machines)
2. Must have Siemens PLC knowledge. Able to troubleshoot PLC related issues. .3. .Hydraulic & Pneumatic trouble shooting,4. Conveyor Maintenance, Pump maintenance,Crane, Elec hoist, Forklift PLC basics, Bearing assembly, VFD, Electrical wiring,5. Able to read & understand electrical circuits / hydraulic circuits,6. Exposure / Knowledge of various sensors, gauges & instruments7..Exposure / Knowledge of TBM,CBM8. Exposure / Knowledge of Kaizen, Why-Why analysis, Poka-Yoke9. Carry out 5S in department & in equipment
