Electrical / Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for following the Maintenance Department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensuring a smooth handover from the last shift. Your primary duties will include CLTI as per CLTI sheet of all production lines, grade change as per grade change WI's, and overseeing the maintenance of various equipment in the packing area. Additionally, you will be required to attend planned and unplanned downtimes of machines, perform panel AC checking and filter cleaning, and ensure the earthing condition check and repair of all packing area equipment. Recording all work details in the shift log book for handover to the next shift, as well as conducting plant electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Follow Maintenance Dept. SOP - Handover from last shift - CLTI as per CLTI sheet of all production lines - Grade change as per grade change WI's - Maintain and repair equipment in the packing area such as conveyors, metal detectors, tapping machines, weight balances, swing machines, and printers - Attend planned and unplanned downtimes of machines - Check and clean panel AC filters - Inspect and repair the earthing condition of all packing area equipment - Record work details in the shift log book for handover - Perform plant electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks - Troubleshoot electrical basic wiring diagrams, sensors, heaters, RTD, APFC Panels, VFD, vision camera settings, and Star Delta - Maintain Nordson parts Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of electrical basic wiring diagrams and troubleshooting - Familiarity with sensors, heaters, RTD, APFC Panels, VFD troubleshooting, vision camera settings, and Star Delta - Understanding of 5S and KAIZEN principles Please note: This job is full-time and permanent with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
