You will be responsible for following the Maintenance Department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) diligently. Ensure a smooth handover process from the previous shift. Conduct CLTI (Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening, Inspection) as per the CLTI sheet for all production lines. Execute grade changes as per the relevant Work Instructions (WI). In the packing area, inspect, and maintain various equipment such as conveyors, metal detectors, tapping machines, weight balances, swing machines, and printers. Regularly check and repair these equipment to ensure smooth operations. Attend to both planned and unplanned downtimes of machines. Perform checks and clean the filters of panel AC units. Verify the earthing condition in the packing area and conduct repairs if necessary. Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance work in the shift log book and hand it over to the next shift. Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks in the plant. Possess knowledge of basic electrical wiring diagrams, troubleshooting techniques, sensors, heaters, RTDs, APFC Panels, 5S, KAIZEN, VFD troubleshooting, vision camera settings, and Star Delta configurations. Familiarity with Nordson parts maintenance procedures is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
