Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation on each site. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of machines and resolve critical issues with zero breakdown. Regular inspections of the machines will be necessary to identify and address any issues promptly. It is essential to ensure that health and safety policies are followed at each site. Inspections will involve routine checks of plant facilities to assess their condition and identify any necessary repairs. This proactive approach to maintenance will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. Preventive maintenance strategies should be in place to prevent breakdowns through well-conceived plans of inspection, lubrication, adjustments, repair, and overhaul. You will be responsible for the planned and scheduled reconditioning of plant facilities, such as machinery, to maintain their optimal performance. Ensuring proper and optimum utilization of power and keeping maintenance costs under control will be key priorities. Additionally, you must ensure that essential facilities like boilers, ETP, and Biogas are operational without any breakdowns. Supporting ISO, 5S, KIZEN, and Audit requirements, along with timely calibration and compliance with Legal Metrology standards, will be part of your responsibilities. Striving for zero breakdowns, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and maintaining zero safety incidents or accidents in the workplace are crucial objectives. Your role will also involve overseeing utilities and energy consumption, implementing and sustaining TPM practices, managing ETP, Boiler, Biogas & Solar operations and maintenance, handling calibration and Legal Metrology compliance, maintaining ISO documentation, ensuring OEE, and managing critical spares buffer stock availability. Implementing 5S practices in the plant will also be a part of your responsibilities.
