Electrical Lead Engineer

We Are Hiring for Program Lead Electrical Engineer

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 12+ years of experience or Masters degree with 10+ years’ experience or equivalent experience.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong System level knowledge of Electro-Mechanical sub-systems, Power distribution systemsand/or Industrial automation.
• In depth system level understanding of Electrical architecture, system integration, andapplications.
• Should have Owned and Executed Projects on Complex Electrical Product/Systems from initialdesign till customer acceptance.(Experienced complete product lifecycle: Planning (concept andfeasibility studies), Requirements, Design, Design Reviews, Design forTesting/Manufacturability/Assembly etc, Testing and Troubleshooting, Integrating, CrossFunctional Interaction etc and Prototype to Production Release).
• Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (analog, digital), signal and controls theory,development and associated electrical board design, troubleshooting and validation.
• Expertise in application of power and controls technologies for systems automation
• Proficient in Electrical & Electronic Circuit design with safety interlocks, Components Selectionand various Circuit analyses (Circuit analyses include De-rating & Stress analysis, Poweranalysis & Logic compatibility analysis etc)
• Hands-on experience in Low/High Voltage Electronic Circuit design, Simulation and Testing forPower and Control applications (I/O Controllers/PLC).
• Familiar with Safety standards like - UL 508, IEC 60947, SEMI S22, NFPA79.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to define functional requirements and execute in a dynamic team environment.
• Familiar with design for serviceability, manufacturability, reliability.
• Experience in selection of components, setting up equipment for experimentation / testing inlaboratory environment, setting up safe practices.
• Must have worked on any one of electrical engineering CAD tools like PCAD, ORCAD, ZUKEN,Cadence or equivalent CAD packages for circuit design & simulation.
• Knowledge in Engineering Change & Configuration Management Process.
• Excellent Mentoring Skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting with problem-solving techniques such as 5-why, 8D, fishbones,etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including technical presentations.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or related (industrial, automotive, military).
