Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Fitup QC Inspector to join our quality assurance team in the marine industry. The ideal candidate shoul have an ITI qualification in Electrical or Electronics and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical work, preferably in a marine or offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify electrical installations, wiring, and components to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine and final inspections of electrical systems on marine vessels and offshore structures.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, loop checks, and functional tests.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and QA/QC departments to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain QC records.
• Monitor subcontractors' work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI in Electrical or Electronics (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical systems (marine industry preferred)
• Good understanding of electrical codes and marine classification standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Familiarity with inspection tools and test equipment

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
