Job Description: You will be a part of the team working on Laser Marking & Cutting Machines Research & Development. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customers" customized requirements, conducting research and development, developing machine concepts, and discussing them with customers. As a Technical Development Engineer, you will be involved in the development of existing laser machines and researching and developing new customized automation-related machines. You will also be responsible for identifying knowledge products, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), and finding suitable vendors. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E. or B. Tech) and up to 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Internet Mailing, MS Office, PLC/HMI, electrical systems, and basic English speaking and writing skills are required. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and service support of Laser Marking & Cutting Machines. Your duties will include planning and executing machine installations and commissioning, monitoring customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales, and planning for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and sales. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E. or B. Tech), have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the laser-related machines field, and possess skills in Internet Mailing, MS Office, troubleshooting electrical systems, and basic English communication. As a Trainee Engineer, you will be involved in Laser Marking & Cutting Machines Development and Stock Management. Your responsibilities will include developing existing laser machines, managing stock in the store, purchasing materials from vendors, identifying knowledge products, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), and planning machine dispatch and packing. To qualify for this role, you should have an educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation (Diploma) and up to 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Internet Mailing, MS Office, electrical systems, and basic English communication skills are required.,
