Electrical Engineering Group Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working as an Electrical Engineer with experience in basic and detailed design, as well as project co-ordination of Electrical works on Infrastructure, Energy, Manufacturing & Technology, and M&M projects. It is required that you have executed at least two medium to large size EPC projects as an Electrical Lead / Engineering Group Supervisor in an engineering office or consultancy of repute. Furthermore, you should have a good knowledge of Electrical System and Physical design, understanding the principles and practices of related technical areas, and coordinating with other technical disciplines. Exposure to Indian, US, Euro, and other foreign codes/standards and local practices is also necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare or assist in the preparation of conceptual studies, designs, reports, proposals, design criteria, specifications, budget, and schedules for projects of varying complexity. - Assist and provide guidance to engineers in performing conceptual design, System study, Equipment sizing, MR/SR preparation, bid analysis reviews, and recommendations. - Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, staffing requirements, and support the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Hold a recognized bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university with a minimum overall experience of 22 years. - Site experience will be considered an added advantage, and experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, Data Centers, and Battery manufacturing will also be beneficial. - Broad understanding of major design engineering deliverables, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of engineering work. - Conversant with applicable design codes governing Electrical systems, Equipment, and Physical design. - Good understanding of engineering planning and control methods, construction practices, industry or regulatory codes and standards, and design criteria pertinent to the engineering discipline. - Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to write technical reports.,
