Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Site Execution

Location: Project Sites Across Uttar Pradesh
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2–3 years
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision:
• Supervise and execute electrical installations as per project drawings and standards.
• Monitor electrical work progress and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams at site.
• Project Coordination:
• Work with the Project Manager and design team to implement project plans.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget compliance.
• Technical Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material checklists, and site logs.
• Verify electrical drawings, BOQs, and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Handle documentation related to inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Testing & Commissioning:
• Conduct electrical system testing – cabling, panels, earthing, and load testing.
• Ensure systems meet safety standards and are ready for handover.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all electrical installations comply with IS/IEC codes.
• Identify site hazards and participate in risk mitigation planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical load calculations
• Understanding of HT/LT panels, transformers, cabling, and grounding systems
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various project sites in Uttar Pradesh
• Knowledge of local language (Hindi) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
