Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Electrical & Control Systems

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems of injection moulding machines
  
• Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, motors, heaters, and control panels
  
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce machine downtime

Automation & PLC

• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron)
  
• Support servo systems, VFDs, temperature controllers, and robotic interfaces
  
• Assist in machine upgrades, retrofits, and automation improvements
  

Production Support

• Provide electrical support during machine breakdowns and production issues
  
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and tooling teams to optimize machine performance
  
• Ensure machines operate within process and safety parameters

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures
  
• Conduct electrical safety checks and risk assessments
  
• Maintain proper documentation for electrical systems and modifications
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts
  
• Prepare technical reports and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
