The company is committed to innovation, sustainability, and the Make in India initiative, delivering reliable and eco-friendly energy solutions for a greener future.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for lithium battery technologies used in EVs, solar, and ESS. Daily tasks will include creating schematics, performing simulations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient energy solutions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering principles and battery technologies
Experience with designing and testing electrical systems and components
Proficiency in using simulation software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
Experience in the energy sector is a plus

Experience: Minimum 4 years in EV/Li-ion Battery/Inverter sector
