Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of Electrical cabling, Electrical DB, Switch sockets, MCBs, MCCBs, Mounting and its rectification call.
Basic knowledge of SLD reading and UPS Block diagrams.
Experience in managing the clients project and corrective electrical calls
Maintain our SLA as a Response & Resolution within define time frame
Ability to understand customer communication and deliver it as per their expectation.
Ability to make a report
Ability to handle escalated service call management.
Decent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of office applications like Windows, Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
ITI certification or diploma in any specialization.
Strong knowledge of LT panels, HT panels, electrical maintenance, inverters, battery management, motor control circuits (MCB), circuit breakers (SBD), panels (SLD).
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
