Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment as per project requirements
Prepare detailed electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and specifications
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems during development, testing, and deployment phases
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and recommend process or product improvementsEnsure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency
Plan and oversee electrical installation projects from start to completion
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments
Estimate project costs, materials, and manpower requirements
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for electrical systems
Maintain documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
Recommend modifications to improve performance and reliability of systems
Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in electrical engineering
