Pre-Installation & Planning
Installation Work
✅ DC Side (Solar Panel Side)
Connecting solar modules in series and parallel (string formation).
Laying DC cables from solar tables to string combiner boxes (SCB).
Proper termination with MC4 connectors and tightening as per torque values.
Ensuring correct polarity and insulation resistance testing.
✅ AC Side (Power Distribution Side)
Installing inverters, AC distribution boards, transformers, and switchgear.
Laying AC cables (often underground in trenches) and proper terminations.
Installing earthing systems and lightning arrestors for safety.
