Maintain Electrical Records on day-to-day basis.
Maintain power factor in Electrical panel & Records.
Prepare Maintenance schedules of all motors, penal, Transformers, MCC Panels, PCC panels etc. and ensure that the same are being followed and reported very strictly.
Handle Manpower Electrician/Helpers and to train for safely working with electrical machines/motors etc.
Prepare Maintenance schedules & take follow up for periodical maintenance schedules of all motors, Electrical panels.
Maintain critical Electrical items inventory in stores.
Maintain History Registers for Electrical Installations for parts & specifications of switches, fuse, contactor, Relay make etc.
Follow up for Electrical maintenance to procurement department.
Prepare Daily Report of electrical department & Submit to HOD.
You must also check the entire wiring for all the machines and ensure that it is done as per the drawings. If any wiring is mismatching with the drawings it is to be notified immediately.
Knowledge about PLC & Drives.

Preferred candidate profile:

At least 9-10 years of work experience in a Manufacturing Pvt Ltd Company.
Experience on the Shop Floor in Manufacturing Setup.
Must be able to handle electrical related maintenance issues on Machines.
Knowledge and ability to handle mechanical related maintenance issues is an added advantage.
Ability to understand machine breakdown problem, and be able to give solution to attend the machine issue properly.
Looking for a stable job for long term.
Be able to join immediately.
Its a 10 Hour Job on the Shop Floor. Physically fit candidate.
Candidate can be from Gujarat/Outside.
Local from Ahmedabad/Gujarat would be given a better preference.
