Electrical Draughtsman

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Technical Drawings:

  Draft detailed wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts for electrical systems used in power plants, buildings, and various electrical equipment.

• Collaborate with Engineers:

  Work closely with architects and engineers to interpret project requirements and convert them into accurate technical plans.

• Ensure Compliance:

  Verify that all drawings and designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

• Document Control:

  Maintain and update drawings, maintain accurate records of design changes, and manage document control procedures.

• Material Calculation:

  Determine the necessary materials and equipment required for an electrical installation.

• Software Proficiency:

  Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to produce high-quality technical drawings.
