Job Title: Electrical Design Trainee Location: Atlas Transformers India Limited (Por, Gidc) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Trainee to join our engineering team. As a trainee, you will support the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for various projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineering students seeking hands-on experience in electrical design within a professional engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and revision of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical). Support the design and selection of electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, sensors, and control panels. Participate in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine electrical system designs. Assist with the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems and prototypes. Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Attend training sessions and technical workshops to build knowledge and skills. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of electrical circuits, components, and design principles. Familiarity with electrical CAD tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Skills (Optional but Beneficial): Exposure to PLCs, control systems, or embedded systems. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSPICE). Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
