Your Key Responsibilities: - Software development (PLC Programming - FBD) using Siemens S7-Classic, TIA Portal, and LOGO - Software development (HMI Programming) using WinCC Flexible and TIA Portal - Basic Knowledge for Safety IO and Failsafe PLC Programming - Prepare Risk Assessment in collaboration with mechanical and electrical designers, identifying Safety circuit needs and Safety components accordingly - Software development based on inputs of Mechanical design, Standards, Electrical Design, Risk Assessment, Pneumatic Drawing, and previous project reference - Prepare Offline programming following Schaeffler standard software, conducting simulations and offline tests to minimize commissioning time - Machine Commissioning and installation of Assembly modules, Washing Module, Measuring Modules, Interconnections, feeding systems at Special Machinery and Production plant - Co-ordination with HQ for installation of OS and License software in Industrial PC for Machines - Configuration of Schaeffler measurement systems (MSG, KUE, GPG, GPR) - Ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, and cost specifications - Preparing experimental setups and equipment without design specifications - Training operating and maintenance personnel Your Qualifications: - Education: Diploma/B.E in Electrical /Electronics - Job experience: 7-8 Years - Languages skills: English - Knowledge of SAP / PC: Basic - Technical knowledge: Software development of Machine in Siemens or Automation Projects As a global company, Schaeffler values respect, diverse ideas, and perspectives among employees worldwide.
