Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in electrical design calculations, AutoCAD, and Revit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and cable sizing.
Prepare single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Ensure designs comply with national and international codes such as NEC, IEC, IS, and other relevant standards.
Conduct site visits for inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
Assist in the preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in electrical design and engineering.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for electrical drafting and modeling.
Strong knowledge of electrical calculations
Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IS, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
