Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical (E_CAD 2024) and EPLAN. • Prepare detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control wiring diagrams, and cable schedules. • Select appropriate electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, sensors, actuators, servo motors, drives, and motion control devices based on application requirements. • Design and document PLC I/O modules wiring for machine controls. • Generate complete and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement and manufacturing. • Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards (IEC, NEC, UL, CE) and machine safety regulations. • Collaborate closely with mechanical designers, controls engineers, and manufacturing teams for integrated design and execution. • Support prototype assembly and troubleshoot electrical systems during build and commissioning phases. • Continuously review and optimize electrical designs for performance improvement and cost efficiency. • Maintain thorough electrical documentation, design revisions, and implement change management processes. • Participate actively in design reviews and contribute to project planning and execution with technical insights.
