Job Description

Lead electrical design efforts for large-scale projects in sectors such as Datacenter, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure.
Develop and manage electrical design packages, including power distribution, lighting, and systems integration.
Utilize BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) to develop accurate and detailed electrical models and ensure coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers, ensuring high standards of design quality and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal project teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Perform electrical load calculations, energy analysis, and selection of electrical equipment.
Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination, reduce rework, and enhance design quality.
Oversee clash detection and resolution for electrical systems, ensuring that designs are coordinated with other disciplines.
Manage and review electrical design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control for electrical design aspects.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and BIM advancements to ensure continuous improvement.
