Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and Program Control Systems: Create and implement electrical control systems for automation in industries like manufacturing. Develop electrical schematics and control system documentation. PLC Programming: Program PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Panasonic, Toyopuc) to control machinery and processes.Troubleshoot and optimize PLC programs. HMI Development: Design user-friendly HMI screens for operators to control and monitor machines. Communication Protocols: Ensure devices like PLCs, HMIs, and sensors communicate effectively using protocols like Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc. Electrical Principles and Motor Control: Apply electrical knowledge to design and control circuits, including motors and drives. Safety and Codes: Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC). Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues in control systems to ensure everything runs smoothly. Teamwork and Communication: Work with other engineers, technicians, and project managers, and clearly communicate technical details.
