Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of RA (Running Account) Bills, measurement sheets, and abstracts of previous, current, and cumulative bills.
Generating accurate formats for electrical material billing, rate analysis, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Handling variation statements, labour bills, and ensuring proper documentation.
Working with measurement sheets, maintaining detailed and up-to-date billing records.
Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely submission of bills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in electrical billing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other MS Office tools.
Strong understanding of RA bills, measurement sheets, abstracts, variation statements, and labour bills.
Knowledge of rate analysis for electrical materials and BOQ preparations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle high-pressure tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
