Electrical Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic Electrical Assistant to join our Solar Street Light Assembly Line. This internship is ideal for students pursuing Electrical, Electronics, or allied diploma/degree programs who are eager to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy product assembly and electrical system integration. Key Responsibilities: Assist in assembly, wiring, and connection of solar street light components such as LED fixtures, solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, and poles. Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting of assembled lights. Ensure correct polarity, wire gauge selection, and connection reliability. Support the quality control team in inspecting final products. Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly. Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow safety guidelines. Record assembly data, testing results, and assist in reporting.   Skills Required: Basic knowledge of electrical components and circuits (LED drivers, batteries, charge controllers, MC4 connectors, etc.) Ability to identify electrical symbols, wiring diagrams, and connection layouts Basic troubleshooting skills for common electrical faults\ Attention to detail in wiring and assembling processes Ability to work in a team environment on the shop floor Good understanding of safety practices while working with electrical components Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields Should have basic practical knowledge of electrical connections and testing Willingness to learn and work in a production environment Benefits of Internship: Hands-on experience in renewable energy product assembly Exposure to solar street light technology and systems Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Opportunity to work on full time employment.
