1. Calibration of PH, Conductivity, Turbidity analysers, Pressure guages, Pressure transmitters, Flow meters, Level transmitters etc.
2. Troubleshooting of DOL, Star delta MCC Panels and VFDs from remote by using appropriate manuals and drawings
3. Troubleshooting of HMI,PLC by accessing the faulty system from remote and if necessary travel site to resolve the problem
4. Giving consultancy to site for CAPA for breakdowns
5. Improvement in MTBF and Reduction in MTTR for E&I Function
6. Maintaining relevent documents for site visits MOMs, Calibration data, drawings, PLC/HMI backups
7. Supporting for preparing Spares part list and having follow up for spare procurement
