Elect. Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for electrical design engineering in switchgear panel manufacturing. Your main tasks will include using design software such as E-plan and Autocad, knowledge on general arrangement and busbar arrangement/design, design calculations, designing control/operation logic including VFD and PLC. It is important for you to have a good understanding of all relevant IS/IEC standards. Additionally, you will be handling teams, interacting with clients, and managing multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize design software E-plan and Autocad for electrical design - Apply knowledge of general arrangement and busbar arrangement/design - Perform design calculations - Develop control/operation logic including VFD and PLC - Ensure compliance with relevant IS/IEC standards - Manage teams, interact with clients, and oversee multiple projects - Travel for client discussions and drawing approvals if required - Understand technical aspects related to switchgear design Qualifications Required: - BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Proficiency in software like E-plan and Autocad - Familiarity with Tech.
