As an Electrical Design Manager specializing in Switchgear Panel Assembly within the Switchgear Panel Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical design aspects of the manufacturing process. With a location in Vadodara, you are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with 9 to 14 years of relevant experience in electrical design. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing design software such as E-plan and Autocad, conducting design calculations, and creating general arrangement and busbar designs. Moreover, you should possess knowledge in designing control and operation logic, as well as experience with VFD and PLC systems. It is essential for you to be well-versed in all relevant IS/IEC standards and have prior experience in Switchgear panel designing for a period of 8-12 years. Additionally, you will be required to handle a team, manage client relationships, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Your role may entail traveling for client discussions and drawing approvals when necessary. Furthermore, you should have a strong technical background in both Electrical and Mechanical engineering related to Switchgear design.
