Job Description

E&I Engineer

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering team for testing CNG & booster packages.
Conduct testing for engine-driven and motor-driven packages.
Commission compressor controls and instruments.
Troubleshoot issues during trials and provide solutions.
Maintain testing documentation and records.
Coordinate daily site activities.
Support Aftermarket team with technical guidance.

Experience in
hazardous area operations
.
Expertise in
E&I design
of compressor packages.
Knowledge of
instrument selection
, preparation of
data sheets & drawings
, and approval processes.
Proficient in
PLC systems and related hardware
.
Familiarity with
electrical starters
and
motor protection systems
.
Experience in
engineering documentation
and coordination with
engineering/project teams
during testing and inspection.
Ability to support
Aftermarket team
for commissioning and operations.
Experience in
PLC control panel inspection
at vendor sites.

Skills / Competencies:

Strong knowledge of CNG package components.
Understanding of wiring & single-line diagrams.
PLC & HMI backup management (Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley).
Hands-on I/O testing and hot loop experience.
