Job Description

Role Overview: As an EHS Officer in Property and Asset Management, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Property Management Services at the site, ensuring smooth operations through the implementation of innovative techniques and technology. Your key role will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Oversee EHS operations at all sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and systems - Ensure fulfillment of all EHS regulatory requirements and external party concerns - Enhance EHS awareness and motivation through various activities like trainings, meetings, and presentations - Plan and organize measures for EHS improvements including incident investigations, safety inspections, and pollution prevention - Provide insights to top management on various EHS parameters and recommend improvement measures Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 4 to 6 years of work experience in the Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry - Candidates with residential experience will be preferred for residential sites Additional Company Details: You will be working on Brookfield Properties, a Commercial Property located in Powai, Mumbai. Your reporting will be to the Key Account Manager. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of people dynamics.,
