EHS Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory safety regulations (Factories Act,ISO 45001 and 14001 and other relavant standards)
  Perform Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.Inspect firefighting systems, PPE, and safety devices to ensure readiness.Drive continuous improvement in safety KPIs and participate in safety committee meetings.To prepare and provide the EHS Induction Training for the new joiners/visitorsFamilier with complete management of work permit systemSound knowledge in Safety audits management as per the IS 14489Conducting Risk Assessment for all activities and initiate the risk reduction programmes with the support of plant teamsTo manage the MHE authorization by providing the training evaluations and authorizationTo guide the plant teams for completing the critical activities and high-risk activities without any accidentsCreating new checklist for equipment's/Process based on the need.To take the corrective actions for all types of incidentsTo conduct the Enviroment Aspets & Impacts assesment studyTo be familiar with EHS/Safety Policies & Procedures and actively participate in implementing the standards along with cross-functional teamsTo prepare and update the training module based on the risk assessmentTo ensure the SOP's are available for all the activities by colloborating with plant teamsTo ensure the update the MIS data by 1st of every monthTo assist and guide to management to comply the statutory complianceTo assist and support to EHS manager/Plant management on need basisShould have knowledge in LOTO/Electrical safety

Qualifications - B.Tech (Mechanical/EEE) and Diploma in Industrial Safety from SBTET, AP State
