Prepare budgets and track utility expenses; suggest cost-reduction strategies. Lead a team of technicians and supervisors and conduct periodic training. Monitor real-time system performance using SCADA, PLC, or other control systems. Manage emergency situations such as power failures or equipment breakdowns. Support project execution including commissioning of new utility equipment or expansions.
