Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Greenbelt and greenery development, monitoring and management. Environmental facilities like ETP, STP, RO etc. operation, monitoring, management, data analysis for quantitative and qualitative study on daily, weekly and monthly evaluation for performance verification. Laboratory analysis job, Laboratory and plant chemicals inventory management. Hazardous wastes management and disposal, manifest preparation, records and legal criteria fulfilment, tracking of manifested vehicle for final destruction certification. Daily check of OCEMS data associated to Effluent discharge, Source emission data along with the actual on field comparison. Online Parameters LED Board updating. Environmental compliances, monitoring and audit job planning, 3rd party environmental monitoring and data gathering from all plants. Follow and preparation of work safety permit system. Preparation of structural calculation reports, design calculations using Excel and other in-house software, and analysis of load transfer mechanisms. Excellent technical skills in design for Concrete structures. Able to correlate and interpret the data shared by supporting interdisciplinary teams. Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the other disciplines. Familiarity with international codes, including Eurocodes, American codes, Australian standards, and British Code of practices. Able to work effectively in a diverse team spread across various geographical locations Familiarity with various software packages, ideally including MIDAS, Autodesk Robot, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE, with a preference for experience in Finite Element Analysis. Strong understanding of safety in design and related practices Performs and ensures quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible to adopt new challenging tasks as per business requirements. Qualifications Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers, UK). 3 to 6 years of experience as a structural design engineer, preferably with a focus on water and wastewater-related design projects.
