Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with students and parents to understand academic goals and provide tailored guidance
• Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and convert them into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and events
• Stay informed about educational trends, course structures, and industry needs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferably Education or Psychology)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in student counselling/admissions will be preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
