Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Educational Counselor Intern. The Educational Counselor Intern will assist students in making educational and career decisions, provide counseling sessions, and help students navigate their educational pathways. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one student counseling, educational consulting, career planning, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Career Counseling abilities
• Educational background and understanding of the education sector
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools for record-keeping and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in counseling or educational settings is advantageous
