Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Educational Counselor based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and working professionals regarding online education programs. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, evaluating educational aspirations, assisting with program selection, and offering career advice tailored to individual goals. Counselors will also prioritize delivering excellent communication and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and a solid understanding of Education and related processes
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport and work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UGC-approved programs and accredited universities is beneficial
• Proficiency with digital tools and online communication platforms
