Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Counsel students (walk-ins, telephonic, or online) regarding course offerings, career pathways, and training outcomes. Understand the needs of prospective students and recommend appropriate training programs. Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and engaging information. Maintain follow-ups with potential students via phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Maintain a record of enquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM systems. Conduct orientation sessions for new students and provide ongoing academic guidance. Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to support student learning and progress. Assist with marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities. Provide timely feedback to management on student concerns, market trends, and competitor activity. Ensure all admissions and student documentation is complete and accurate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
