The ideal candidate will provide guidance on educational pathways, career options, and personal issues that may affect academic performance. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individual Counseling:   • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss academic challenges, personal issues, and career aspirations.   • Develop personalized action plans to help students overcome obstacles and achieve their educational goals. 2. Group Workshops:   • Organize and facilitate group workshops on study skills, time management, stress management, and career exploration.   • Promote a supportive community through peer support groups. 3. Academic Guidance:   • Assist students in course selection, program choices, and understanding academic requirements.   • Provide information about colleges, universities, vocational programs, and other educational opportunities. 4. Career Counseling:   • Help students identify their strengths and interests to guide them in making informed career choices. 5. Crisis Intervention:   • Identify students in crisis and provide immediate support or referrals to appropriate services.   • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and external agencies when necessary to ensure student well-being Qualifications: * Proven experience in educational counseling or a similar role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
