Role: Educational consultant /Telecaller
Department: Sales
Location: Kakkanad , Ernakulam

Prefered Candidate - Female

Prefered location - Ernakulam

Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Sales & Promotions: Sell products, identify customer needs, and meet sales targets.
Data Management: Update customer info in CRM and maintain call logs.
Market Research: Collect customer feedback and insights to improve offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
