Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to students and professionals seeking to enroll in our certification programs. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their educational and career goals, recommending appropriate programs, assisting with the enrollment process, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful completion of courses. Qualifications Skills in Educational Consulting and Education Experience in Consulting and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Ability to understand and support the educational and career goals of clients Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
