Education Specialist

Role Overview: As an Education Specialist in India for OET Commercial department, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the teaching, content, and training requirements to support the Indian business development plan and strategic goals of CBLA. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager in India and the global Commercial Team to implement localized plans and initiatives, engage with external stakeholders such as language schools and universities, and provide expert advice on the demands of the Indian market to the Global Education Team. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and implement an Educational strategy to drive revenue and market share growth for CBLA through teaching and learning of OET - Monitor trends in the English Language Teaching and Assessment sectors to ensure best pedagogic practices are followed - Identify and pursue new educational opportunities for OET in existing and new markets - Engage with Indian strategic partners to develop content from A1 to B1 CEFR level - Attend and present at educational conferences, conduct teacher training and candidate workshops - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide quality preparation content for promotional purposes - Establish OET in the Education Sector by embedding it into higher education curricula and collaborating with educational regulators - Manage Product Portfolio by diversifying products, overseeing the Preparation Provider Programme, and ensuring quality of preparation materials - Drive Test Modernisation by implementing change management strategies and updating preparation materials and teaching resources Qualifications Required: - Educated to degree level with preference for Masters Degree - 5 or more years of relevant experience in high stakes English Test Preparation - Substantial experience in designing, managing, and evaluating education testing programs and preparation materials - Strong leadership skills with the ability to achieve strategic goals - Proficiency in devising and implementing change management strategies - Certification in CELTA / TESOL level - Experience in delivering education conferences, devising business development strategies, and familiarity with healthcare practices and testing material - Very proficient in MS Office and CRM / Salesforce (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
