Education Loan Processing Specialist – Study Abroad

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial documents of students and parents accurately.
• Analyze CIBIL score, bank statements, income proofs, and ongoing financial obligations.
• Possess clear knowledge of Bank/NBFC loan processes (Avanse, Varni, Credila, ICICI, SIB, Auxilo, InCred, etc.).
• Review student files and immediately recommend which bank or NBFC can approve the loan.
• Maintain country-wise loan requirement awareness (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, NZ).
• Communicate effectively with parents and guide them through the loan process.
• Coordinate with Banks/NBFC executives for file submission, query resolution, and sanction updates.
• Proactively collect all required documents from students and parents and submit files ahead of time.
• Work with strict deadlines to ensure loan sanction is completed before the intake cut-off.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with Bank/NBFC executives and independent loan facilitators.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on loan file progress to avoid delays.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in document verification and uploading.
• Provide clear updates to students regarding sanction status, required documents, and timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in education loans, NBFC coordination, or financial documentation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of CIBIL, income eligibility, and bank document formats.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good relationship-building skills with students, parents, and loan partners.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/Email communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
