Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students’ academic history, interests, and career goals to provide personalized program recommendations. Guide students through the complete admissions process—from inquiry to enrollment—ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to address queries, build trust, and encourage timely decision-making. Work closely with internal departments (sales, academics, marketing) to refine counseling strategies and ensure alignment with student needs. Keep up with evolving academic programs, global education trends, and emerging career paths to offer relevant and up-to-date guidance. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in education counseling or sales. Freshers with relevant skills are welcomed Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with students through strong verbal communication Interpersonal and active listening skills should have an empathetic approach to understanding student concerns and offering them customized solutions.
