Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and working professionals regarding suitable UG/PG course options based on their interests and career goals.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication to follow up on company-provided leads.

• Clearly explain program offerings, fee structures, admission requirements, and career outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups and support.

• Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and conversions in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Prior experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or student advising preferred (not mandatory).

• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
