This role combines counseling with sales expertise to help students make informed decisions about their educational paths. *Key Responsibilities* Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Counselling: Provide comprehensive information about our courses, career opportunities, and the benefits of studying at Transorze Institute. Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively addressing student needs and concerns, using persuasive communication techniques. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads and encourage enrollment. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential students. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track sales metrics to achieve targets. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from students to improve the counselling and sales process, contributing to overall service enhancement. Qualifications Experience: minimum 1year experience, preferably in the education sector or related fields. Experience in student counselling is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets. Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
